These terms apply to your use of the Ceska Beauty website and to requests submitted through the site. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Booking requests are not confirmations
Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed appointment, event booking, or class reservation. Ceska Beauty reviews each request and may accept it, decline it, or request a different date, time, or service arrangement.
Deposits
For appointments that require a deposit, the current booking flow uses a $20 deposit after Ceska Beauty accepts the request. Please do not send the deposit before acceptance. A requested appointment is not considered booked until Ceska Beauty has accepted it and the required deposit has been received.
Availability, services and pricing
Services, class offerings, availability, travel options, and pricing may change. Event services, larger parties, travel requests, and other custom arrangements may require additional details or fees. Any material booking details should be confirmed directly with Ceska Beauty before the service.
Reference uploads
You may upload photos or videos to communicate a desired look or provide useful booking context. You are responsible for having the right to submit the material you upload. Do not upload illegal, harmful, confidential, or highly sensitive material. Submission through the booking form does not, by itself, grant Ceska Beauty permission to publish your image or video publicly.
Results and inspiration
Reference photos and examples are used as inspiration and communication tools. Hair, makeup, and styling results can vary based on individual features, hair condition, products, timing, and other circumstances. A reference image is not a guarantee of an identical result.
Website content
The Ceska Beauty name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal informational and booking purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or misuse site content without permission.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services for analytics, hosting, email, communications, scheduling, or payment-related functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Ceska Beauty is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
